Over 30 churches were represented totaling more than 200 people. The Service of Recognition and Ordination was special indeed.

Ruth Gregory, our Director of Women's Ministries, sees a need for women to get together to talk about the subjects close to their hearts. Other special events are planned for 2010.

Titled 'Good Friday Witnesses', the Easter story was told through the eyes of five eye witnesses to the crucifixion. The service concluded with a solo of Were You There? Ten area churches participated.

Her dream was to provide a boarding school for the Native American children that would make a difference in their lives. The opening school was on a 5-acre plot of land that has grown to be 70+ acres and 32 buildings. The dream lives on in the staff who count on the help of volunteer work & witness teams.
